Situated within the sprawling top floors of the Omkar Altamonte towers at Malad, The Kar residence was designed with a youthful and energetic appeal keeping in mind their two playful young children and various aspects of Vaaastu in mind. A lot of new materials in the market and off beat colours were chosen to give the entire setup a fresh vibe. Keeping Vaastu considerations in mind, the Master Bedroom and Children’s bedroom were swapped, thus meaning optimizing the volume of space to not look too crowded. Thus the layout was modified so that a walk-in wardrobe could be added and thereby keep the clean lines and beauty of the space intact.
