The Nair’s residence at Oberoi Gardens reflected an aesthetic that reflected the less is more ideology in the most elemental way. The central theme of the project consisted of the amalgamation of the living and kitchen areas using the western open kitchen concept. All the carpentry work undertaken was then satin polished over a veneered surface to keep the décor look traditional yet rich.
